Steve Tendon: Tame the Flow

I've just spent a fascinating hour chatting with Steve Tendon, co-author of the  Hyper-Productive Knowledge Work Performance (The Tameflow Hyper-Productivity).  If you're intrested in TOC or Agile then you'll love what Steve has to say.  I had a few ah-ha! moments, especially when he spoke about the two pillars of the tame-flow approach: Unity of Purpose and Trust.
